An example from practice: Quantaris

Quantaris' software is used daily by 140 notary offices to process around 250,000 files a year alone in the area of registered property. Thanks to the high number of users, Quantaris can identify market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Quantaris notices that many notaries still work very old-fashioned when it comes to obtaining information and documents from a customer. This often still takes place by phone, manually and via email. Quarine

Based on Blueriq's Digital Assistant proposition, it was decided to develop a specific assistant for the registered property process, called the "Virtuele Assistent Registergoed" (VAR) or in english the "Virtual Assistant Registry Property". The VAR will further digitalize the process of requesting missing information and documents through a personalized, user-friendly and 24/7 available process. The VAR is currently being used by Quantaris under the name Quarine. Quantaris has made it possible for notaries to use Quarine to request missing information and documents from their customers in a personalized way.
