Quantaris accelerates its innovative capacity with Blueriq

"Quantaris had been considering the use of a virtual assistant for some time, but had been unable to find a suitable partner for this endeavor. However, this changed after a brief introduction to Blueriq. Blueriq's expertise in software development and process engineering proved decisive in this regard. Subsequently, the virtual assistant for real estate registration was developed in collaboration between the two companies."

Quality and efficiency

The virtual assistant relieves repetitive tasks and ensures that the proper documents are gathered in a central record.

Personal customer journey

The customer experiences a personalized and transparent customer journey, being assisted when unclear which data or documents are requested.

Time to market

Within six months, the idea of the virtual assistant was transformed into a working solution.

Quantaris provides software and digital administrative support to notary offices. With a market share of about 20 percent, Quantaris is a major player in the notary sector. About 140 notary offices use Quantaris software daily to process around 250,000 files annually in the area of real estate alone.

“With our ERP solution for notaries, we provide a complete business solution for notaries,” says Bas Mathon, managing director of Quantaris. “That is our core business. With Blueriq’s knowledge platform, opportunities became visible to involve consumers directly in the chain. This has resulted in Quarine, a virtual assistant who creates, maintains, completes, and optimizes customer files.”

The first notary offices have started using Quarine and the initial reactions are positive.
We are mainly hearing that notary staff are happy to say goodbye to their paper
questionnaires that they sent to clients,” says Bryan Huber. “They no longer have to go
through the paper information lists and call the office in case of any uncertainty. With
Quarine, notary offices save an average of half an hour per file, leaving more time for
core legal tasks.”
