Often you find that the paper forms used in the past have simply been digitised on a one-to-one basis, with the builder rather than the user being the focus when developing new applications. This does not benefit the use and acceptance of the application, but as a business engineer you can help.
Participants are given insight into UX and how this can be applied in their daily Blueriq work to create more user-friendly applications which focus on users and end users.
