Blueriq users rely on the Blueriq platform

As evidenced by the results of the survey conducted at the end of 2019. The findings indicate that:

• The Blueriq platform helps users achieve their goals, in part by enabling them to develop applications without writing any code.
• Users are satisfied with the Blueriq Runtime, which receives positive ratings each year compared to previous surveys. Additional information about the Blueriq Runtime is available on the community platform.
• Users rate the reliability of the platform at 7.3 out of 10.
• Each user has their own favorite feature in Blueriq. While some find decision tables and the process engine to be the most valuable, others place the greatest value on the fact that model = application and the flexibility that the platform offers.
• Blueriq Support receives positive ratings, with users knowing where to seek assistance and being satisfied with the level of knowledge demonstrated by the support team and the solutions they provide.

The Blueriq Community and Studio require improvement.

The survey also identified certain areas for improvement, including the need to enhance the Blueriq Studio according to the respondents, and the fact that not all products (such as Blueriq Publisher, Model Analyzer, and Control Center) are equally well-known among users. Additionally, some users have difficulty navigating the Blueriq Community.

Based on this feedback and suggestions for improving certain functionalities, we will be working to make the lives of Blueriq users even easier in the coming period, with the aim of ensuring that they can achieve all their goals using the Blueriq Platform.
